there are several pieces that sound quite nice, check out the string-heavy "Poetic Finale", and the piano-fronted "Amy Forever", which plays at the very end of the movie over a montage of Amy photos from her youth to her passing, just haunting. As to the Amy songs themselves, there are 11 on here, of which about half of them are from live performances. Check out the outstanding "What Is It About Men", from the 2004 North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam, as well as the acoustic "Love Is A Losing Game" (from the Mercury Music Awards show), giving me chills frankly, and a cover of the Zutons' "Valerie", performed with Mark Ronson at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. As to the studio tracks, there are several from her 2003 debut album "Frank", including the outstanding "Stronger Than Me" (a blistering indictment of her then-boyfriend). The documentary made me re-appreciate "Frank",

There are several interesting demos on this soundtrack, including "Like Smoke", just Amy and her guitar. "Back to Black" is another outstanding moment in the documentary, where we see footage of Amy singing it a-cappella with headphones on, and eventually we get morphed into the full version, just superb.
