Outstanding interpretation of all the concertos, but the 5th is especially good.
no 2 is mono but is so good that the ear adjusts. beautiful playing. idiosyncratic perhaps but a joy to listen to..
any collector of these works should have these as an alternative view..
He is, without doubt, one of the five greatest classical pianists of all time. He died too young and before he started conducting and composing. His interpretation of Beethoven and his other forte, Bach, is incomparable
