The latest offering on DJ Hyper’s Kilowatt label comes from Terminalhead who have seen their releases put on various compilations such as DJ Hyper’s Bedrock Breaks and Dope On Plastic, giving up something both fresh and funky at the same time.

Side A1. Terminalhead Remix
Bassline! It’s what makes this track – something you can almost sing along to and not be able to resist grooving to - coupled with a wicked tribal percussion beat and the crazy vocoder madness on vocals. Quite similar to their Give Me Head track from Bedrock Breaks.

Side A2. Original Version
Coming in at a short 3 and a half minutes, the original version is a lot more vocal with the vocoder effect removed from some of the vocals. Adding in a piano line, the beat also gets transformed into a 2-step beat.

Side B1. Zed Bias & Spee Edit
A bit on the rougher and harder side of breaks, using 303 acid squelch and some hard stabs, this is one for the more serious breakbeat heads on the dancefloor.

A good release overall, something for any type of breaks DJ be it nu-skool, 2-step or the harder side of breaks, however I do feel they got the tracklisting wrong – the Original should be the Zed Bias remix as it seems to have that familiar Zed Bias 2-step sound and has more vocals courtesy of MC Spee.
